KATMA CleanControl, developed by KATMA, innovates truck trailer cleaning by replacing manual cleaning with a high-pressure cleaner with a faster, fully automated solution.

A patented robot moves from a base station into the truck trailer and executes our efficient cleaning program with disinfection. The operator only has to position the vehicle, fix the doors and start the program.

Thanks to full automation, cargo space cleaning with KATMA CleanControl is possible from 3 minutes . Our intelligent booking system offers optimum planning thanks to pre-booking, license plate recognition and route optimization.

From €26 per wash

No installation costs - we install the machine at your premises free of charge. From then on, you pay from €26 per wash. As with a fuel card, you will receive a monthly invoice for the number of washes. Full service and just-in-time chemical deliveries are included.

Is a KATMA CleanControl worthwhile on your own farm?

From 8 washes per day, we install the machine on your premises. If you have too few washes per day, sell washes to friendly haulage companies/suppliers or offer them to the KATMA CleanControl or TRAVIS Road Services network.

What does KATMA CleanControl cost?

KATMA CleanControl is charged per use (pay-per-wash). Cleaning is possible from €26. The fee depends on the number of washes and other factors. At the end of the month, you will receive an invoice for the number of washes, as with a fuel card.

For whom is KATMA interesting?

The KATMA is of interest to haulage companies, the pharmaceutical and food industries, as well as truck service providers (car washes, workshops and filling stations, etc.). It also makes sense to install it at locations with a high volume of trucks, such as logistics hubs.

How much money will I save with KATMA CleanControl?

Haulage companies save a lot of money by using KATMA CleanControl, but can also earn additional money by selling the washes.

What is included in the full service?

Do I need staff to operate the KATMA?

No, the machine is fully automated and can therefore be operated by the driver.
